5/ Architecture and Design Film Festival

The first U.S. film festival celebrating the creative spirit of architecture will include discussions with filmmakers, architects and designers about the design process, architecture in film, and the designs we see and use every day. Film viewings will include Graphically Speaking, Legacy Bronfman, Two to Tango, Renegade Redux, Enduring Icons, Poetry in Motion, Amped & Revamped!, Thinking Big, Design/Build, Tower Power!, Public/Private, Down Under & Up, and Design Matters.

6/ 2010 AIGA Gain Design and Business Conference: Design (Re)Invents

Learn how business, design and thought leaders addressed business challenges through design and how they reinvented their businesses, their strategies and themselves. Hear RISD president John Maeda, The 99 creator Dr. Naif Al-Mutawa and former Microsoft chief experience officer J Allard speak about recharging businesses and brands.
