1/ Bring Back the Boardwalks Fundraiser
Over 80 pieces donated to the cause, including Schandra Singh, Jen Davis, John Lehr, FAILE, Chris Rubino, Deanne Cheuk, Chie Fueki, Todd St. John, Mariah Robertson, Lisha Bai, Megan Burns, Micah Ganske, Chris Mendoza, Milton Glaser, Paula Scher, Peter Funch, Shepard Fairey, Tom Sachs, Maya Lin and more. All proceeds will go to charities at work on rebuilding, disaster relief and recovery in the Rockaways and Coney Island.

2/ Drawn Letters Workshop
Lettering is a unique discipline, offering a distinctive means of visual expression not possible with writing or conventional typography. Participants will refer to familiar typographic models and helpful specimens as they create their own hand-drawn wordmarks.

3/ Rolling Stones Live @ the Souk
A multimedia puppet show by Hayley McCulloch, to coincide with the current exhibition SOUK: And You Shall Find, on view through November 20. Using her colorful, one-of-a-kind figurative puppets, McCulloch will bring the leading figures of 1960s Rock and Roll and Beat poetry to life, incorporating live audio recordings, video clips, and captivating handmade sets into an absurdist recreation of musical history and cultural exploration.

School of Visual Arts presents RE:, an exhibition of prints, video, computer animation and interactive installations by MFA Computer Art Department students, alumni and faculty. Curated by Charley Lewis and Hsiang Chin Moe, the exhibition is on view

5/ Ongoing Sandy Relief Donations
Join AIGA/NY in raising funds for Sandy Relief efforts. Donations will go directly to The Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and the New Jersey Relief Fund. These two organizations are currently directing all funds to help support the relief efforts in the NYC & NJ regions.
