1/ AIGA/NY Mentoring Program Information Session
If volunteering your time to inspire and encourage a creative high school student sounds awesome to you, become a mentor. Attend this information session to learn the specifics of the program, hear from current mentors and have all your questions answered.

2/ OLTREMAI by Lorenzo Mattoti
Lorenzo Mattoti, one of the most important Italian contemporary artists, will introduce his most recent work: OLTREMAI: 53 large format, black and white plates. Mattotti will be telling the story of his “life” as an illustrator and describing the artistic genesis of OLTREMAI. During the event the video of the exhibition, featuring music by Gianda Bedetti, will be shown.

3/ Tempo: Rhythm of time through design
Featuring the work of 50+ designers, Tempo is an exploration of the relationship between time and visual communication. Utilizing motion, interaction, print, and other media, designers will explore, engage with, and define the challenges that are found in the natural rhythms of life. The show promises to be phenomenal as artists design with knowledge of the past and with an eye towards the future.
When: Thursday, May 30, 2013, 6pm–10pm

4/ Starup Jobs: Find Your Path
A workshop that will help you gain an understanding of typical startup career paths and roles across various stages of company, insight into the hiring process and tips for branding yourself to increase your chances of getting a job at a startup.
