1/ American Fine Craft Show
Come do your holiday shopping at the first annual American Fine Craft Show Brooklyn! Craft aficionados can browse the collections of 90 jury-selected artists and artisans. Works will include ceramics, decorative and wearable fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, sculpture, and fine art.
When: Sunday, December 15, 2013, 11am–6pm

2/ How to Teach Someone to be a UX Designer
Are you a designer who has tried to share what you know, but has been frustrated when trying to get concepts like IA, IxD or UI to stick? There is an old adage that says you don’t truly know something until you can teach it. In this workshop, learn the tools to work with junior designers, speak at conferences, and better share your knowledge with the tech community.

3/ Paper & Ink Play Day
Get inky and creative! This is not an organized class; participants are invited to bring their own project and supplies to work on: calligraphy, scrapbooking, and/or card-making. The class provides basic card-making supplies and hopefully some fun company and encouragement and inspiration!

4/ Auspicious Stitches Fabric Arts Workshop
Auspicious Stitches is a free weekly workshop that provides adults with an opportunity to discover and create needlework, appliqué, and other fiber arts inspired by the Rubin Museum collection.
