1/ Designing for Style Magazines crafting Editorial that Sells
Panel discussion about producing magazines where top quality editorial meets unabashed commercialism, where high style and mass luxury thrive in an age of austerity, where sumptuous stories are crafted monthly for devoted audiences.

2/ Vista Sans Wood Type Project
Tricia Treacy and Ashley John Pigford are the initiators of this project that includes the creation of contemporary letterpress wood type and collaboration.

3/ James McMullan
James McMullan retrospective exhibition featuring early work from the 1950s; 1960s editorial illustrations for publications such as TIME, Esquire, Rolling Stone and New York magazine; theater posters from Lincoln Center; and new paintings to be published next year in his memoir about growing up in China.
When: Opening Reception, Thursday, November 29, 2012, 6:30–8:30pm. Ongoing through December 15

4/ Relâche – The Party
Celebration of artists of the Surrealist movement in 1920′s Paris honoring art historian and curator Milly Glimcher.
When: Thursday, November 29, 2012, 6–11pm

Price: $150–$1,000 individual ticket, $10,000 patron table (8 tickets)

5/ CLOSED.CURTAIN. 2 parts cinema
World Premiere of CLOSED.CURTAIN 3 performers plus director. One flattened climax.
